Implementation Planning is critical to the successful delivery of business transformation.Yare helps our clients build robust plans that allows the organisation to:

  • ensure current operations can continue without interruption whilst new ways of working are put in place
  • build the confidence of senior sponsors by establishing a baseline of credibility
  • give clear direction to the delivery team(s) who will be leading the change
  • communicate to the business what will happen, over what time period, allowing the ‘end users’ to digest the coming change and plan accordingly

The Yare team use the Yare Implementation Planning Method™ as a basis for developing implementation plans with and for our clients.

The toolkit brings contains two elements:

  • A set of templates that show successful implementation plans to act as a springboard and safety-net for the development of your implementation plan.
  • A set of templates so that time is not wasted on developing visually effective plans; rather time is spent on testing the plans to ensure they are thorough and make sense.

The clear definition of the desired change (Target Operating Model),and the implementation plan provide two of the three elements required for the successful design of a business transformation programme.

The third element of the design is the Delivery Set-up.
