Traditionally, transformation teams are comprised of individuals from a range of sources and capabilities which create opportunities but also challenges:

• Our clients have great people that understand their business and industry well but are not well placed to deliver large scale change within their organisation;

• Our clients do not want to hire permanent resources required to deliver the change as it is cost prohibitive, can impact their market ratios, and realise that they will not need that level of delivery capability in-house;

• Our clients have expressed their frustration with the ‘business as usual’ of the large management consultancy firms; they find them expensive, difficult to control both in terms of delivery and their tendency to expand their presence, and they not always delivery the promised results. Our clients are interested in the delivery of their programmes not advice on how to deliver.
